Sales Manager Italy | Milan Area | Interesting Package We are looking for the Sales Manager who will be responsible for the Company's sales in the market.
You will manages an existing client portfolio and have the task to further develop current client base and create new prospects.
Your aim will be to exceed yearly budget target and maximize profitability and will be directly involved throughout the entire sales process, from business development to project management, from relationship management to sales review.
Key responsibilities:
Defines, controls and monitors the sales budget
Manages sales relation with existing and prospective clients
Drives sales and profitability growth across the product portfolio
Defines and negotiates key client commercials (prices, volumes, contract, payment terms, lead times, services, etc.)
Manages and monitors project implementation
Identifies and pursues incremental business opportunities
Prepares and oversees offers / quotations
Acts as first point of contact and trouble-shooter with clients
Ensures overall client satisfaction, involving other company functions as required
Ensures completeness of information is received from client for correct order generation and pre-sales activities
Periodically and timely reports on sales activities and results
Implements and declines the commercial strategy in her/his area
Prepares and delivers client presentations
Introduces and promotes new products and services
Handles quality and service topics with client
Participates at selected trade shows and events
Monitors and reports on local market trends and competitive environment
