P bObjectives: /b /p ul liResponsible for negotiating with previously defined customers and prospecting for new customers in Italy, in close collaboration with the company’s management. /li liAct as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. /li liDeliver offers/quotes to existing and prospective customers. /li liReport to the Sales Director Europe. /li /ul p bMain Activities: /b /p ul liDefine the sales strategy for the company's various products to its customers. /li liGather all necessary information for preparing sale contracts. /li liCoordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions for customers. /li liIdentify new business opportunities, especially related to replacing Polyamide compounds. /li liNegotiate sale terms in agreement with management. /li liManage and record customer rates. /li liIssue material samples and test requests for the laboratory. /li liBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships. /li liEnsure proper application of contracts and sales volumes with customers. /li liIdentify and manage customer, financial, and delivery risks. /li liServe as an interface among customers, management, sales, RD, QHSE, and finance. /li liAssist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes. /li liReport on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during management exchanges and sales meetings. /li /ul p bYour profile: /b /p ul liKnowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. /li liUnderstanding of company's technical capabilities and product advantages. /li liExperience in the plastics industry and plastics processing, especially injection moulding, with successful account management. /li liAnalytical mindset adaptable to market changes. /li liStrong decision-making skills to identify and mitigate problems. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments and levels. /li liGood time management and prioritization skills with a proactive attitude. /li liProficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
