In this role you lead the regional sales strategy for BSI’s Core Training services in Southern Europe, guiding a cross-office team in France, Spain, and Italy. You drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and develop a high‑performing, client‑focused sales culture. You work closely with Marketing, Operations, Technical, and broader EMEA teams to ensure a consistent value proposition and data‑driven selling. This is a stakeholder‑facing, impact‑driven role with a clear hook in shaping training partnerships and regional growth.

* Market & product expertise: maintain knowledge of assurance services, ISO standards, certification processes, and regulatory landscape; provide insights on competitors, market trends, client needs, and opportunities; tailor messaging to client solutions.
* Sales strategy & planning: develop and execute regional strategy aligned with global/EMEA objectives; prioritize key markets and resource the team; integrate Core Training with wider Assurance and Enterprise sales offerings.
* Sales leadership & team development: lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team with clear objectives and metrics; conduct performance reviews and onboarding; ongoing coaching and pipeline reviews.
* Sales execution & process excellence: champion consultative selling, ensure effective use of Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting; analyze data to drive improvements; ensure proposals meet standards.
* Collaboration & stakeholder engagement: partner with Marketing to generate leads; coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Service Delivery for seamless client experience; participate in regional/global initiatives.
* Revenue protection, governance & compliance: maintain relationships to improve retention; manage handoffs; ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance; model ethical practices.
* Commercial partnerships: identify local training partnerships (including resellers and funding bodies); govern partnerships; align with Training Partnerships manager and EMEA leadership.
Responsabilità
* 5+ years B2B sales experience in a related field (assurance, certification, training, or professional services)
* 2+ years in a leadership/management role
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth
* Experience managing remote and geographically dispersed teams
* Demonstrated capability in performance management and developing sales capability
