Responsibilities
* Channel Development: Establish and maintain a robust channel system, including relationships with agents, secondary distributors, and OEM customers.
* Market Fund Utilization: Formulate product and price strategies to maximize the use of market funds.
* Distributor Optimization: Analyze and optimize the distributor system to ensure efficient supply chain management and maintain market order.
* Sales Strategy Development: Create quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with company requirements, improve marketing organization systems, and allocate resources effectively.
* Regional Management: Oversee regional sell-in and sell-out management to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or related field; experience in personal care, kitchen appliances, pet products, or similar industries is preferred.
* More than five years of relevant local work experience, with a strong understanding of Italian markets and successful integrated marketing campaigns.
* Ability to withstand pressure, excellent market development and sales capabilities, and a proven track record of success.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and leverage networks, and experience leading teams and projects.
