Socomec offers specialized products and equipment for data centers, healthcare, energy, industry, infrastructures, and defense sectors. For our offices in Isola Vicentina (VI) we are looking for a senior Business Developer to drive the growth of our energy conversion product line with a focus for the NON-IT sector.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NON IT sector (healthcare, industry, infrastructure).
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, marketing) to tailor solutions to client needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Technical degree with marketing/international business training OR business degree with experience in electrical engineering/electrotechnics.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or marketing.
* Proficiency in English and French (B2/C1 level).
* Availability to travel within EMEA (30-40%).
