In this role as AM you will identify the right profile of advertisers, drive adoption of our mobile adtech platforms foster lasting relationships with direct brands, media agencies ad network partners while having the great opportunity to learn and grow your career with us. You will engage at all levels of the platform accounts and within the company with sales, project manager, technology, and operations. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liDevelop the company’s presence worldwide, working closely with the CEO and C-level defining the guidelines and the roadmap for the next years /li liGenerating leads, negotiate the deal terms and follow up /li liHandle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, making sure that they receive services that are within their budget /li liRepresent MAF at industry conferences and events; participate in industry speaking opportunities /li liForming long term partnerships with strategic advertisers /li liCompetitive intelligence – identifying trends in the mobile monetization and mobile advertising industry /li liSynthesize and articulate client requirements and feedback to help shape our product roadmap /li /ul h3What will you need? /h3 ul liFluency in English /li liExperience in account management for app marketing /li liExperience in app or games economy, established network among mobile app developers. /li liKnowledge in rewarded Offerwall advertising platforms /li liDeep understanding of the digital and mobile industry /li liAbility to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product and Ops teams /liliAbility to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft win-win deals that maximize value for both advertiser publisher side /li liA strong track record selling technical products to mobile app developers /li liAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally /li liUnderstanding of consumer behaviors and industry trend /li liExcellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions /li liVery fast learner (and addicted to learn), reliable person with unstoppable can-do-attitude /li liFast disaster recovery /li liExcellent active listening skills /li /ul pSalary will depend on actual experience and knowledge. /p h3What does it mean working at MAF? /h3 ul liThis position is fully remote /li liEnjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, from home or office /li liJoin a team of multinational professionals at one of the top digital marketing scale-ups /li liReceive a highly competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus scheme /li liEnhance your skills with a dedicated training budget for courses or events, choosing your own path for professional and personal growth /li liParticipate in company team-building days that combine brainstorming with relaxation /li /ul pJoin MAF and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing digital advertising in the app economy! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
