We're hiring a Sales Director to lead the commercial organisation across Italy, driving double-digit growth through OEM, channel, and application-focused sales.

This is a senior leadership role in a priority European market, central to the company's ambition to double revenue within five years.

Your Mandate

- Deliver strong, visible growth through OEM and channel pipelines.
- Lead and develop a national sales team spanning key account, new business, regional sales engineers, and applications support.
- Strengthen customer partnerships and drive strategic account penetration.
- Shape and execute the Italian sales strategy aligned with wider EMEA growth goals.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience leading sales teams in Italy within industrial automation, drives, or motion control.
- Strong record of OEM and channel development, delivering sustained growth.
- Strategic, hands-on leader with the presence to inspire teams and customers alike.
- Fluent in Italian and English; degree in engineering or business preferred.
