Responsibilities:
* Support market strategy deployment by providing commercial insights for assigned accounts to foster business growth and process harmonization.
* Be responsible for the performance of the assigned portfolio and the development of customer prospects.
* Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Collaborate with the Sales Division and involve subject matter experts to deliver value-added solutions.
* Serve as the main contact for all customer service requests and inquiries.
* Monitor market trends to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
* Manage the function's budget aligned with business objectives.
* Develop relationships with current and potential customers to promote growth and opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Over 3 years of experience in marketing or sales management, preferably with CRM expertise.
* Strong focus on client needs and business acumen.
* Analytical skills, time management, problem-solving, and effective communication.
* Negotiation skills and willingness to travel for business.
Location: Piombino Dese (PD). Salary and contract type will depend on experience.
