Off Trade National Key Account Manager North or SouthBrown-FormanSpecialista Senior / Project ManagerThis role is critical to lead our business in the Off trade channel, managing all DO chains, cooperatives with central agreements, E-commerce pure players, and delivery. The key responsibility is to develop the strategy in alignment with the Head of Off trade and execute it effectively in the market. This individual contributor role requires strong relationships with the Off trade team to cascade national agreements and support the field team in maximizing performance.Meaningful Work From Day OneThe Off trade National Account Manager has a national scope, acting as the counterpart to Italian national players and trusted E-commerce customers. Your primary task is to shape the strategy for L1 negotiations with national players, aligning with the Off trade commercial policy. You will also build and maintain productive relationships, create joint business plans, manage accounts, develop promotional calendars, and negotiate terms.This role demands strong leadership, negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the off trade universe, and financial acumen. Experience in the spirits industry is a plus. You will report to the Head of Off trade and E-commerce channel and collaborate with the Off trade team for flawless execution.What You Can ExpectSales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance sell-in and sell-out performance, including pricing and promotions aligned with channel objectives.Customer Relationships: Build and sustain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and collaboration to maximize mutual sales and profits.
