Advise
Sungrow customers throughout their e‑mobility journey, offering on‑site visits, technical trainings, and remote support. Develop and nurture a strategic account pipeline to foster long‑term growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product managers, operations, service, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Monitor regional EV charging market developments, providing recommendations and strategies to meet customer needs. Provide regular updates on local market trends, insights, reports, and forecasts to management. Participate in exhibitions and seminars to build brand awareness and expand outreach.
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar engineering field with a focus on energy, or a business/marketing degree. Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management within the e‑mobility industry. Be fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Exhibit a willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits, fairs, and events. A multinational team with rich European exchange. Technical and commercial training at our HQ in Germany and visits to our R&D; center in China.
