We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Intern.
About the Role
This role involves building professional relationships with customers, processing orders, handling customer complaints, and maintaining customer data. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in sales or business administration, experience in a similar role, and knowledge of import export documentations.
Responsibilities
* Process all subsequent actions related to orders, including order completion, release of part deliveries, and open order monitoring.
* Handle customer complaints regarding product faults, delivery errors, transport damages, or losses.
* Process returns and credit notes.
* Maintain, update, and refine all customer data.
* Perform order and data entry tasks.
Requirements
* University degree in sales or business administration.
* Experience in a similar role in customer service or sales support.
* Knowledge of import export documentations.
* Fluent level in English and Italian required, any other language is a plus.
