Unwind at AQVAM Spa or indulge in glamour at Beppe d'Elia’s Hair Jewelry Salon. /p pSupports the Chef de Partie and Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of pastry and bakery items, contributing to the overall success of outlets and banquets in line with the hotel’s quality standards and financial objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. /li liProvide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate. /li liRespond to guest inquiries and complaints under the supervision of senior staff, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. /li liWork within the assigned station/section, supporting the Chef de Partie in preparing products according to required standards. /li liPrepare desserts, baked goods, and mise en place following standard recipes. /li liMaintain the assigned work area in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition at all times. /li liSupport cost control by minimizing waste and following company procedures. /li liAssist in training Commis Chefs and new team members when required. /li liCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated service. /li liStay informed about seasonal ingredients and product availability under the guidance of senior chefs. /li liHandle all equipment and supplies with care to minimize damage and waste. /li liWork in a flexible and cooperative manner with other departments, maintaining a strong team spirit. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li1 year experience as Demi Chef in 5 stars hotel /li li2-3 years’ experience as Commis in 5 stars hotel /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul li12 free nights per year of service across Hyatt Hotels worldwide /li liEmployee and Friends Family rates across Hyatt Hotels worldwide /li liDry cleaning of business clothes /li liComplimentary meals on dutyContinuous Learning Development opportunities /li liStaff celebrations /li liSettling the costs of urban public transport - ATM Milano /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
