This means that day-to-day we are working on mergers and acquisitions, adtech, visual design and content creation, negotiating and managing partnerships with DJs, sports clubs, and TikTok and YouTube celebrities, PR and HR, and building communities virtually, for casual gamers, and in-house, for our diverse, multi-ethnic, multinational workforce.

Today, we have more than 1200 people of 55 nationalities working in 25 offices around Europe.

To keep up with our rapid growth we are looking for a sales rockstar to join our team in Milan.

**About Azerion Italy**

Azerion Italy has its headquarters in Milan, in the middle of the fashion and design district and strategically located close to main multinational media agencies offices.

The Italian team is rapidly expanding, counting +30 people and looking at a stellar growth in the next two years.

**The Job**

The Key Account Manager (KAM) works, as a pillar of the sales organization, with a team of hungry and motivated colleagues that understand the effectiveness of helping each other.

A good understanding of the market, a creative mind and a tenacious approach are key to reach revenue goals which represent one of the main KPI a KAM work is evaluated and rewarded.

The goal of a KAM is to assist clients and agencies to win their advertising challenges suggesting the best solution for them

As a KAM, you will be asked to build strong relationships based on trust and reliability within a portfolio of selected media agencies and advertisers.

**Main Responsibility**:

- Management of the assigned portfolio
- Reach yearly, quarterly and monthly revenue targets
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with clients and potential B2B customers
- Develop proposals, seek approval on media plans and assist our customers achieve results with our solutions in games, digital video and branded content.
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Keep informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers
- Regularly briefs management on status and prospects
- Cooperate proactively with marketing activities and generate reports
- Media Agencies and direct clients
- Team Sales (pre-post sales activities)
- Team Programmatic (creation of reports on a weekly / monthly basis)
- Team Traffic

**Required skills**:

- + 3 years of experience in the role and a good knowledge of digital advertising industry
- Digital media sales experience
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language

**Preferred skills**:

- Programmatic knowledge/experience
- Proactivity and excellent problem-solving skills, dynamism
- Operational and organizational skills
- Autonomy, precision and flexibility
