Responsabilità
* Promotion and sale of Virgin Active exclusive services, including subscriptions and merchandising.
* Customer welcome and assistance to guarantee an experience of excellence.
* Managing reservations through the Virgin Active APP and organizing medical visits.
* Detailed reporting and active participation in loyalty events.
Requisiti
* Diploma and at least two years of experience in similar roles.
* Exceptional relational skills, sociality, availability and patience.
* Good knowledge of English.
* Strong interest in well-being and physical training.
* Comfortable with digital tools and social media.
