You’ll work in partnership with our clients to provide custom proposals for their fastening and assembly needs. /ppbCGA Technologies Srl is a leading metalworking company in the production of heat exchangers for the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER /b /ppbRole and responsibilities /b /ppThe Business Developer will be responsible for contributing to the company's commercial development through the following activities: /pulliEstablish necessary connections with internal teams to generate new RFQs; /liliManage orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams; /liliMonitor the market and competition, analyze trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies; /liliAcquire new customers through lead generation and customer engagement strategies. /li /ulpbSkills /b /pulliDegree (Engineering preferred); /lili3-5 years of experience (Energy sector preferred); /liliTeamwork and problem-solving skills; /liliEconomic and financial sensitivity; /liliPrecision and goal orientation; /liliProject management and organizational skills; /liliFluent in English (mandatory); /liliWillingness to travel frequently within Europe. /li /ulpbWe offer /b /ppDirect placement in the company with the prospect of permanence.
