Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Itineraries are completed by our in-house concierge team and all guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.
About the Role:
As a QA Support Agent, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring our Final Travel Documents are accurate and client-ready before being sent.
You\'ll review, verify, and manage documents, working closely with our Support and Operations teams to maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review Final Travel Documents (itineraries, confirmations, vouchers) for accuracy and consistency
* Flag and correct errors, formatting issues, or missing info
* Implement QA procedures and contribute to documentation improvements
* Handle urgent or last-minute client-related document updates
* Master Travelive destinations, services, and itineraries
* Maintaining organized communication via email and various channels
* Overseeing client itineraries and documents and ensuring prompt delivery
* Offer travel solutions based on client requirements and resolving issues effectively and quickly
* Assist with generating weekly and monthly reports to the Director of Customer Support
What we are looking for:
* Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Previous experience in travel operations, support, or quality assurance is a plus
* Comfortable working with travel-related software and Microsoft Outlook, Excel
