Sales Leadership Role
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the establishment of a comprehensive channel system in Italy, encompassing agents, secondary key accounts, and OEM customers. The successful candidate will formulate product and pricing strategies utilizing market funds, optimizing the distributor network to ensure efficient inventory supply and maintain market order.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives, formulating quarterly and annual goals, and improving organizational systems.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts through effective regional sell-in and sell-out management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or a related field, preferably with experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, or similar industries.
* At least five years of relevant local work experience, with a deep understanding of the Italian market and demonstrated success in integrated marketing initiatives.
* Strong interpersonal skills, team leadership experience, and project development abilities are essential.
