Role Overview
As Vice Store Manager, you will focus on sales optimization and staff management, supporting the Store Manager in improving store layout, organizing shelves to maximize sales, and enhancing customer experience. You will also manage employee scheduling, recruitment, and address team and customer inquiries to ensure a welcoming environment.

Candidate Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in retail with leadership responsibilities
* Availability for full-time work, including 5-6 day shifts from Monday to Sunday
* Proactive, managerial attitude, and team motivation skills
* Customer-oriented, respectful, team player, disciplined, and environmentally conscious
* Good command of English
* Willingness to undergo an 8-week onboarding period at one of our stores
