Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full employee life cycle
- Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Achieve sales growth and meet department and store KPI targets
- Launching catalogue campaigns
- Visual Merchandising and building store standards
- Daily recovery & replenishment of stock
- Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
- High volume stock management and movement
The Ideal Candidate:
- Time management & multi-tasking ability
- Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
- Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
- Having an owner's mindsetfor your store
- A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
- A resilient & innovative problem solver
- Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L;, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT competency
- First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
