Job Description
YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
THE RIDE:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication.
Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.
Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization.
Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:
2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or is a plus.
