In this role you shape the seasonal apparel and accessory lines to reflect brand strategy and market needs. You work closely with the Sr Product Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, performance‑driven products on time and at the right price. You translate consumer insights into compelling concepts and ensure alignment with financial objectives and brand positioning. * Contribute to seasonal product line plan and category matrix aligned with brand strategy
* Develop detailed product briefs for design and development teams (features, design, costs, quality)
* Translate brand financial objectives into category business plans (concepts, pricing, sales potential)
* Collect and analyze market, sales, and consumer feedback to inform line planning
* Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for direction
* Collaborate with Design and Development to ensure briefs and milestones are met
* Partner with Marketing on product storytelling and technical information for communications
* Present concepts and features in sales meetings and trainings to boost product knowledge
* Monitor costs and margins to support profitability and targets
* Support lifecycle management with ongoing performance analysis (sell‑in/sell‑out)
Responsabilità
* Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Industrial/Product Design (or comparable)
* 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in sporting goods/outdoor
* Strong understanding of product creation process and lifecycle
* Financial acumen with knowledge of sales, margins, and merchandising
* Analytical skills to interpret sell‑through and product performance
* Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
* Planning and organizational skills
* Very good English; Italian or German is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Passion for mountain and outdoor sports
