Joining us means being part of an inclusive, forward-thinking organization that invests in your growth and shapes the future of iconic brands worldwide.We are looking for a Brand Manager Spirits to join our Italian Marketing team and contribute to the development, growth, and positioning of our premium spirits portfolio (e.G. Disaronno, Averna and related brands).In this role, you will support the implementation of brand strategies defined by the Marketing Manager and take ownership of day-to-day brand management. You will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to strengthen brand equity and accelerate business results.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Group Brand Manager in defining annual brand plans and ensure flawless execution of marketing activitiesManage marketing projects end-to-end, coordinating creative, digital agencies, and external partnersEnsure brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, trade, packaging, experiential)Contribute to the development of POS materials, toolkits, and brand guidelinesAnalyze brand performance (sell-in, sell-out, market share, competitiveness) using internal and external data sourcesMonitor campaign KPIs and activation results, recommending corrective actions where neededPrepare regular reports and presentations for leadership teams and internal stakeholdersRequirementsUniversity degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)2–4 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within FMCG or BeverageProven experience in managing communication projects, digital campaigns, and activationsStrong command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilityCollaborative leadership style with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholdersEntrepreneurial attitude and strong results orientationExcellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skillsCreativity and strong sensitivity to brand and consumer communicationOutstanding communication, negotiation, and teamwork skillsWhy join usOpportunity to work on internationally recognized premium brandsDynamic and fast-paced environment within a global organizationExposure to cross-market projects and strategic brand developmentWhat We OfferPermanent contractSalary range €40.000-€43.000Benefits: meal vouchers, access to training platforms, other benefits.
