Cyberoo SPA, a leading Italian company specialized in Cybersecurity and listed on the EGM of Milan, is seeking a European Sales Director .
Territory
Initial focus on Spain and Poland.
Main Responsibilities
* Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Collaboration with CCO: Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to align sales strategies with company goals.
* Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training and support to enhance performance.
* Market Development: Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market and competitor trends to adapt sales strategies.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and pre-sales teams.
* Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and partners to expand the customer base.
* Specific Responsibilities: Manage sales pipelines, develop commercial proposals, represent the company at industry events, ensure continuous training, negotiate contracts, prepare sales and market reports, manage departmental budget, collaborate with technical teams for customer success, and propose innovative sales methodologies.
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Deep knowledge of ICT solutions and market trends.
* Proven leadership in managing sales teams and complex projects.
* Fluency in English; willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
