Mister Worker®, a global e-commerce platform for professional tools and industrial supplies, is looking for a motivated and proactive student to join our Sales Team as a Junior Internal Sales.
What You’ll Do
You’ll become part of our Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager. You’ll work with customers and prospects from all over the world and support key sales activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and qualifying new leads through digital channels, website visits, request forms, etc.
* Contacting potential customers via phone or email to present our products and services
* Preparing and sending personalized quotations based on customer needs
* Recording and managing sales activities in our CRM system
* Following up on quotes and collecting customer feedback to support strategic decisions
* Enriching and profiling our international customer database
* Joining training sessions with suppliers and collaborating directly with them
What You’ll Learn

Requirements
Education
* Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Languages, or related fields
Hard Skills
* Excellent command of English (C1 or higher)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus languages:
* Italian, Arabic, French, Spanish or German are a plus
