WHO WE LOOK FOR
Are you ready to make an impact by leading valuable products and fostering winning collaboration across teams?
We are looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience in advertising and media technology, ideally from ad tech, retail media, or campaign operations backgrounds. You understand the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, targeting, delivery, and reporting, and are comfortable translating complex media requirements into actionable product features. Familiarity with Google, Meta, or programmatic platforms is highly valued.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Own the backlog and roadmap for the Campaign Management Platform, ensuring priorities align with business and media goals.
* Translate business and media requirements into clear product features and detailed specifications.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives.
* Work with Data teams to define metrics, track performance, and continuously improve the platform.
* Align with stakeholders across Sales, Media Operations, and external partners to gather feedback and ensure the platform meets user needs.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* 2–4+ years Product Management experience
* Experience working on commercial digital products
* Exposure to advertising, campaign management, or media platforms
* Strong analytical mindset
* Strong stakeholder management
NICE TO HAVE
* Ad tech or retail media experience
* Knowledge of Google / Meta / programmatic ecosystems
* Experience working with campaign delivery systems or marketing platforms
* Experience integrating external platforms via APIs

SALARY RANGE : €30.000 - €50.000
LOCATION : While we have an office in Milan, you can benefit from our flexible hybrid model (full-remote available in Europe), empowering you to work where you're most effective.
