Pramac, part of the world’s third largest diesel and gas generator group and an international player in energy solutions, is looking for an Electrical Sales Engineer to join the company as a key link between the technical and sales departments.

The role will provide engineering support during pre-sales activities and customer negotiations, contributing to the definition of customized technical solutions in the electrical and plant engineering field.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team during negotiations with clients, EPC contractors, and engineering firms by providing qualified technical expertise.Analyze customer needs and propose technical solutions consistent with electrical and plant engineering requirements.Prepare technical documentation to support commercial offers (electrical schematics, preliminary layouts, technical specifications, bills of materials).Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Product Management, Service, R&D) to define and customize solutions.Ensure compliance of proposed solutions with applicable technical standards and regulations.Participate, when required, in technical meetings, presentations, trade fairs, and industry events as a technical representative.Support testing activities, validation processes, and technical documentation reviews when necessary.RequirementsDegree or currently completing a degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification in electrical/energy engineering).Experience in electrical plant engineering or electrical design.Good knowledge of electrical standards and design principles.Ability to read and develop electrical schematics.Good knowledge of English. xjrgpwk Knowledge of MS Office and main design software (e.G., AutoCAD 2D or equivalent).Work location: Casole d’Elsa (SI), ItalyIf you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role, please do not hesitate to contact us.We want to hear from you!
