Role Description
QRP International is looking for a full-time Sales Business Development Manager, responsible for the Belgium market. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Belgium market (French and Flemish-speaking).
You will manage relationships with clients, identify customer needs, create tailored proposals, and lead sales negotiations to achieve business growth.
The candidate will also manage the Belgium team and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional products and services.
Regular reporting on sales metrics and market trends will be an integral part of this role.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy
Strong skills in building and managing client relationships
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with CRM tools and other sales-related technology
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to Belgium
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Belgian and/or Luxembourg markets
Experience selling services (training, HR, consulting, IT, or professional services)
Background or interest in Project, Programme & Portfolio Management or IT Best Practices is an advantage
Based in Como area or in Belgium
Skills
Native-level French or Flemish skills required
Fluent English (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related fields
