This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Rome. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the production, execution, and delivery of cross-functional product design and development projects in alignment with our design ethos, sustainability values, and strategic vision. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and global suppliers to ensure that each product or service reflects both high impact and high integrity.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing innovative solutions in the fields of fashion, textiles, design, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery
- Translate briefs and strategic goals into tangible product development roadmaps
- Manage timelines, suppliers, and deliverables across multiple ongoing projects
- Coordinate between creative, technical, and strategic teams
- Ensure all product and project outputs align with brand values, responsible design principles, and sustainability standards
- Anticipate potential risks, resolve roadblocks, and adapt plans as needed
- Conduct post-launch evaluations and collect feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Strong project and product management skills, with a track record of delivering on time and brief
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian
- Highly organized and comfortable with fast-paced, agile environments
- Deep understanding of and affinity with sustainability design principes, circular design and innovation, and systems thinking
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complexity with clarity and focus
- 3-5 years of experience in a product management department in the design, fashion, or sustainability space is strongly preferred
