The Role & Team
Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to build customer relationships and trust in complex sales cycles. The successful candidate will develop sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthen existing client relationships, and acquire new business. This role requires a proactive 'hunting' approach for new logos and expansion within existing accounts.
The candidate should leverage their background in service assurance, network testing/optimization, and telecom technologies to establish credibility with customers, partners, and prospects. Building relationships with technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor, and driving innovation and value are key responsibilities. The role involves close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional Services to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will use their sales experience to win business in competitive situations and achieve sales targets.
Profile
1. Sales Skills: Results-driven, experienced in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or OSS solutions, with a track record of closing deals above €1m. Skilled in developing territory and key account strategies, with strong relationships at the C-Level and senior management.
2. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Service Assurance, network testing, OSS solutions, and the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, and optimization.
3. Personal Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analysis, business acumen, and the ability to inspire and influence others. Assertive in defending company standards, adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Experience
* At least 7+ years of experience managing customer or vendor relationships, including senior executives.
* Proven success in selling OSS solutions, particularly Service Assurance and Network Testing, with a demonstrated ability to close large deals and meet quotas.
* Existing relationships with senior leaders at CSPs such as Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
