Pramac, part of the third group in the world in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for aSales Managerfor theCommercial & Industrial Energy Storage Solutionsmarket to be included in its Headquarter Team - and main plant of the Group - Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).
The candidate will be a passionate sales person that enjoy winning new customers, and will be responsible of expanding the market share of the company in the assigned markets.
Main accountabilities
Identify potential future customers and develop them in clear business opportunities.
Be responsible of the entire relationship with the customers during the sales process.
Increase the market presence and drive the marketing activities of the C&I; Energy Storage products of Pramac.
Have a solid understanding of the overall business and act as the products expert in the market assigned.
Contribute to the overall sales strategy for the C&I; Energy Storage market of the company.
Continuous further development of knowledge regarding products and competitors.
Previous experience in a B2B environment will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of the renewable energy and energy market sectors.
Degree in engineering or equivalent background.
At least 2 years of professional experience on sales management or related activities.
Willingness to travel (class B driving license)
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience in building customer relationships and closing sales deals.
Self-starter with a 'Can-Do' attitude: good problem-solving skills; the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions.
Prior knowledge of B2B business is an advantage.
