PQuest Global is a global market leader in diversified engineering solutions and one of the global, reliable and long-term partners of numerous companies in the field of Transportation, Aerospace Defense, Aero Engines, Industrial Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Oil Gas and Power. /ppSHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US /ppWe offer you a motivating environment with exciting projects and would appreciate to welcome you in our team as a: /ppKEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – ENGINEERING CONSULTING, CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DOMAIN /ppLocation: Milan area /ppOverview: /ppFor an important project based in Lombardia, Milan area, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and implement a strategic partnership with an important Client within Consumer Electronics domain, aimed at supporting the Client with qualified Product Testing and Validation engineering operations. /ppThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Client relationship management, business development, and the effective delivery of engineering operations, assuring that both Client satisfaction targets and business targets are met flawlessly. /ppRole Responsibilities: /pulliClient relationship management –managing relationships with operational Client personnel /liliBusiness Development – responsible for building a million-dollar portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned account scope by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close. /liliIdentifying business opportunities, selling concepts to the client where required and influencing the client to give additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance. /liliConduct research, map the account and competitors, as well as conducting client presentations, estimation efforts and proposals and negotiations. /liliCollaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure all people or infrastructure related issues that may be affecting the delivery of the project vis-à-vis the specific client. /liliBalance different projects running for the client that may involve different delivery managers or horizontal competency units’ resources. /liliTaking Go-to-market solutions to clients within the account scope -responsible for driving revenues from Go-to-market solutions being sponsored by the business unit. /liliWork closely with the Solutions Leaders to build customized solutions pitches for the target account and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions to the account scope. /liliAccount Planning and Governance - completely responsible for all Client Management processes /liliPlan-Sell-Deliver-Manage. /liliBuild an Account Plan for the account scope – with details of the relationships required, the opportunities that have to be chased, and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed /liliPricing decisions within the scope of the Master Services Agreement /liliPre-sales proposal support for new business development outside of account scope /liliProvide necessary input for building future alliances with relevant product vendors /liliDevelop a sales plan that prioritizes prospects, opportunities and accounts based on input from organizations in assigned account /liliDrive service offerings and capabilities into specific target account to drive revenue growth /liliResponsible for the pricing in terms of a winning price and meeting and profitability targets /li /ulpWork Experience Skills /pulli6+ yrs of experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience. /liliExperience managing business of $4 - $6 Million account is desirable /liliVertical (Specific to account) and software development knowledge required /liliStrong foundation / experience in engineering services sales and business development /liliHands-on experience with proposal creation, leading campaign cross functional teams (CFT’s) and leading proposal presentations. /liliStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills /liliExperience managing complex sales process and highly consultative selling in campaigns /liliEffective in sales presentation and executive management presentations /liliExcellent networking and relationship building skills /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /liliUsing customer relationship management software to track and manage campaigns /liliExperience of working with a global delivery model and working with geographically dispersed solution teams /liliStrong technical acumen with end to end sales/delivery/transition experience and ability to provide high level solutions to customer requirements /liliMotivated, self-starter who does not require significant over site /liliAbility to forge relationships and build trust both within and external to organization /li /ul
