Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales and drive business growth.


Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian manufacturing market. They will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector, focusing on parts manufacturing for customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and aerospace.


Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a sales strategy: Create and implement a sales plan that meets or exceeds sales targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Identify potential customers and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Italian industrial landscape.
* Drive the sales cycle: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals for software solutions.
* Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.


Requirements:

* Direct experience in the parts manufacturing sector: Proven experience serving customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and/or aerospace industries.
* In-depth knowledge of the Italian market: Strong understanding of the Italian business landscape and market trends.
* Fluency in English and Italian: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills: Ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
* Self-starter with remote work experience: Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
* Risk appetite and strategic thinker: Results-driven mindset with a strategic approach to sales.

Benefits:

Base salary + uncapped commission (35% - 50% annual salary) + company car.
