We are looking for an
Accessories Commercial Programs Manager
to design and deploy commercial programs that drive accessories revenues and enhance the customer experience across our dealer network.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of
commercial strategy, retail execution and digital visibility
, partnering closely with dealers and internal teams to develop scalable programs that deliver measurable results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Accessories Commercial Programs Manager, you will:
Design and deploy a
scalable commercial operating model
for accessories, including governance, guidelines and execution playbooks.
Develop and roll out
dealer coaching programs
, potentially in collaboration with external partners, to improve execution and performance.
Define and implement standards to enhance
accessories visibility
across physical and digital touchpoints (showrooms, displays, vehicles, websites, configurators and catalogs).
Design
accessory-related service models
(e.g. rental, storage), covering customer journey, dealer processes, eligibility criteria and pricing logic.
Lead
pilot projects
, monitor performance and prepare recommendations for wider rollout.
Define and track
KPIs, business cases and financial performance
, including funding and value‐sharing models.
Ensure strong
alignment
with internal stakeholders such as Network Development, Vehicle Marketing, ICT, Finance and external partners.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a commercially minded professional who enjoys turning strategy into execution. You bring:
4+ years of experience
in Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations or Commercial Programs, ideally in automotive or retail environments.
Proven experience in
designing and deploying commercial initiatives
and working closely with dealer networks.
A strong
execution mindset
, with the ability to manage pilots, scale initiatives and measure impact.
Solid stakeholder management skills and confidence working in
matrix and cross‐functional organizations
.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to performance and results.
Fluent English
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Office tools
.
