Ph3Role Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a high-impact bBusiness Development Manager /b to drive bnew revenue growth /b for a cutting-edge bAI-powered imaging diagnostics software platform /b. This role is focused on bopening new accounts, creating demand, and closing first-time customers /b across healthcare providers, imaging networks, and diagnostic organisations. /p pYou will be responsible for building pipeline from the ground up, engaging senior clinical and commercial stakeholders, and converting opportunities into long-term software contracts. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, target, and secure bnew customers /b within hospitals, imaging centres, and healthcare groups /li liOwn the bfull sales cycle /b from initial outreach through to contract execution /li liDevelop and execute territory plans that consistently deliver bnet-new revenue /b /li liEngage with bradiologists, clinical leads, IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers /b /li liLead product demonstrations and value-based conversations focused on bclinical impact and ROI /b /li liBuild and maintain a robust pipeline aligned to ambitious growth targets /li liCollaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and product teams to support market entry and expansion /li liProvide market feedback to inform product development and commercial strategy /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liDemonstrated success selling bMRI systems /b or other advanced diagnostic imaging modalities, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows, capital procurement, and stakeholder decision-making /li liAlternatively, strong experience selling bmedical imaging software, AI-driven diagnostics, or clinical workflow platforms /b within healthcare environments /li liProven ability to generate bnew revenue through first-time customer acquisition /b, rather than inheriting established accounts /li liExperience navigating bcomplex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles /b, including clinical, technical, procurement, and executive decision-makers /li liBackground selling into blarge imaging networks /b /li liTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business targets in competitive markets /li /ul h3Key Skills Attributes /h3 ul liSelf-directed, proactive, and commercially driven /li liHighly effective at opening doors and generating momentum /li liStrong storytelling and value articulation skills /li liResilient, persistent, and outcome-focused /li liStructured approach to pipeline and opportunity management /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
