The position aims of supporting the technical Departments based in Sanremo within the extended Riviera area by being an experimented & reliable team member for the implementation of current operations through high standard delivery of concierge, technical and logistic services through a variety of daily tasks for the successful fulfilment of clients 'requests, the Company's global operations, management directives and overall performance targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES under the responsibility of the Technical Manager
* Customers' welcome on site with the Technical Manager;
* Reception of requests and execution of services.
* Suppliers' invoices verification according to quotations & service provided;
* Company database datas entry (services ordered & delivered / contact details / documents compliance);
* Invoices drafting;
* Support the Managers on the overall activities.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
* 2 or more years of Maritime / Yachting agency experience (not compulsory);
* Certificate of higher education;
* Basic knowledgeof the Yachting Industry and its stakeholders;
* Onboard experience is a plus;
* Bilingual in the English Italian Languages (written & verbal), any other language is a plus;
* Information Technology proficiency "Microsoft office";
* Proficiency on database management tools.
