PSales Manager - Italy - Nutraceutical Ingredients /ppuLocation : /u Italy (Remote) /ppuSalary range : /u 70-90K / Annum /ppbResponsibilities : /b /pulliDevelop and execute the annual sales budget for the territory, ensuring achievement of sales volume and revenue targets. /liliProvide commercial sales leadership and strategic initiatives for Italy Region and EU, reporting to the Director of Sales. /liliMaintain and expand the customer base through regular visits and proactive engagement. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, growing the customer portfolio by acquiring reputable clients and maximizing opportunities with existing customers. /liliMonitor sales performance and variances, ensuring alignment with financial and performance objectives. /liliDeliver accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans based on data analysis and market trends. /liliDevelop in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including specifications and scientific documentation. /liliHandle customer complaints and technical issues, coordinating with the Tech Service team for effective resolution. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align regional activities with company objectives. /liliWork with the accounting team to manage receivables and assist in collections as needed. /liliEnsure accurate and up-to-date CRM documentation for all business opportunities, adhering to company policies. /liliPrepare and analyze MIS reports, implementing action plans to achieve territory sales targets efficiently. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliEducation : Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) required; MBA / PGDM in Sales Marketing preferred. /liliExperience : Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, with strong relationships in the Nutraceutical (Ingredients). /liliTechnical Skills : Proficient in MS Office, CRM software (HubSpot preferred), and other business tools. /liliCore Sales Skills : Expertise in planning, forecasting, negotiation, sales process management, and market mapping. /liliCommunication : Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish fluency is a plus. /liliInterpersonal Skills : Strong customer relationship management and ability to work independently under pressure. /liliCompliance : Must pass background checks as required. /liliTravel : Willingness to travel (30%) within the Italy and EU for customer meetings. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
