Role OverviewThe primary purpose of the Private Label Global Key Account Director is to drive profitable growth and lead strategic customer development across the Private Label portfolio. This role unifies Flexibles and Rigids businesses under a single customer strategy, ensuring margin protection, working capital discipline, and a strong long‑term competitive position in the market.

Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy in alignment with the Regional Commercial Leader.
Lead senior‑level (“Top‑to‑Top”) customer relationships, negotiations, and long‑term agreements.
Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy and avoiding channel conflict.
Protect margin through full cost recovery (raw materials, FX, labor) and disciplined pricing actions.
Manage working capital performance, including AR, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization.
Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives, and continuous profitability improvements.
