Ph3Stock Operations Manager /h3pThe Stock Operations Manager ensures optimal management of store stocks, supports sales teams, oversees physical and corporate software product flows, and maintains stock accuracy in strict adherence to Group procedures. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and supervise the Stock Operations Team, including Stock Supervisors, Stock Controllers, and Stock Supports. /liliSet objectives, conduct annual appraisal, and provide regular feedback to team members. /liliTrain, coach, and develop staff, fostering high integrity and embodying Hermès culture and values. /liliLiaise with Store Directors, Sales Department Managers, Customer Experience Managers, Security Managers, Administration Managers, Facility Managers, and corporate teams. /liliAct as the key entry point at store level for all stock-related questions and issues. /liliAssign corrective actions, contribute to morning briefings and team meetings, and report on operational issues and stock-related KPIs. /liliManage incoming and outbound product flows, ensuring synchronization between physical and system-based flows. /liliOversee cancellation and reintegration of expired reservations and supervise follow‑up of negative stocks. /liliHandle detective and shop-soiled products. /liliPlan and conduct stock takes and cycle counts, assist with scanning and investigations, and produce final reports for Finance. /liliPropose actions to improve stock-take results and reduce shrinkage. /liliDefine, implement, and communicate storage best practices and processes, adapting as needed. /liliEnsure application of storage rules and stock procedures; serve as store’s key trainer on relevant processes. /liliRaise alerts and suggest corrective actions to optimize flows and simplify operations. /liliCoordinate replenishment flows with Store Director and manage stocks from Remote Stock and Furniture Stock. /liliHelp store management monitor overall stock and prepare purchase plans. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably with an analytical focus. /liliFluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage. /liliProfessional background in stock and managerial position, preferably with international and luxury fashion retail experience. /liliProficient with Excel and IT tools. /liliHighly organized, rigorous, reliable, and proactive with strong team motivation and performance-driving skills. /liliService‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with strong management and communication abilities. /li /ulh3Desired Qualities /h3ulliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation. /liliTeam‑player mentality and ability to work autonomously. /liliAvailability, flexibility, and dynamism suitable for a high‑pace environment. /liliDetermined to contribute to a people‑centric retail project, showing strong aesthetic sense and passion for human values. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3pIn Hermès diversity of experience and perspectives create a better work environment; we value, ensure, and believe in gender equality, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
