Role Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Agent is responsible for guest registration, guest check-out, cashiering, and foreign exchange. The Front Office Agent is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest inquiries/requests in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office. Responsibilities - E nsure s that the Brand is protected, to ensure that all business partners and guests are surprised and delighted by their on-property experience, in the best traditions of the Aman culture. - Collect and action on any guests’ preferences. - Ensure all interactions with guest s are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures. - O perate s the Front Office properly and efficiently. - H ave knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office. - H ave complete knowledge of Aman Rosa Alpina’s standard operating policies and procedures for the Front Office. - Attend to all guest complaints immediately and initiates/coordinates immediate resolution. - Possess full knowledge of emergency procedures. - E nsure s that daily duties are conducted. - Adhere s to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Hotel. - Implement the identified Best Practices in your work area. - Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues. Requirements: - Work Experience: minimum 1 year in Front Office in an international luxury hotel. - Qualifications/Training: College education/Hotel Management education. - Language knowledge : verbal and written proficiency in English and Italian is preferred. - Others: computer knowledge, ability to work on shifts, flexibility, enthusiasm, desire to achieve goal committed.
