Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine and sake service daily
Use your in-depth knowledge of wine, sake, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
Manage wine and sake stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care
Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
Build relationships with regular guests and high-value customers, creating lasting connections
Handle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates

Proven experience as a sommelier in a luxury high-volume restaurant
WSET level 2 or equivalent
