With projected sales over €120M in 2024 and a growing team of over 1,000 people, the hyper-growth of Poke House is enabled by highly attractive unit economics, accretive funnels, an easily scalable model, and an active community of poke lovers.(To reinforce our legal team both nationally and internationally we are looking for a talented Junior Legal Counsel directly reporting into our Legal Counsel and working closely with the Legal team lead by the Chief Corporate Officer, in our Global Corporate Division.
Draft, negotiate, and/or review a variety of contracts and other legal documents, such as letters of interest, proposals, and lease agreements, service agreements, proxies, confidentiality agreements, promotional agreements, commercial and/or supply contracts, license agreements, sponsorship/partnership contracts, etc.;
Draft and/or review intercompany contracts and other documents produced by external legal consultants in various countries;
Work on compliance topics, such as data protection and privacy laws, 231 and whistleblowing;
Supporting with KYC and anti-money laundering requirements;
Quickly learn about an innovative, increasingly attractive, and rapidly growing sector, working in a friendly, intelligent, and creative environment;
Work in cross-functional teams, participating in core business projects (e.g., Draft and review franchise contracts both in Italy and abroad;
Assist in protection of the brand and IP in general;
Analytical reasoning ability, attention to detail, and strong legal writing skills;
Degree in Law;
Previous experience in companies and/or with law firms will be considered a plus;
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite;
Given the company’s rapid expansion beyond national borders, a good command of the English language (both spoken and written) is required, and knowledge of a third language (Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese) is preferred;
Experience drafting contracts in English.
