PpAs an bAssociate Content Designer / Copywriter /b, you’ll contribute to the creation of bclear, effective, and engaging content /b that speaks authentically to the target audience. You’ll collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teams, including strategy, design, UX, tech, program managers, and product teams, to develop messages aligned with business objectives and brand strategy, helping to build relevant digital and creative experiences. /p pAt Publicis Sapient, what we truly look for in a content designer / copywriter is the ability to navigate between bcreativity and strategic thinking /b: not just writing, but also an understanding of data, user behavior, digital journeys, bcontent design /b, and bUX writing /b. It’s essential to know how to translate insights into simple yet impactful messages, working in an agile environment that values both blateral thinking /b and execution. /p pIn this role, you’ll apply your skills to the creation of digital content, products, services, and campaigns, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance across touchpoints. In a landscape crowded with bdigital noise /b, you’ll know how to create content that stands out without feeling generic or predictable, bringing out the bpersonality of each brand /b and raising the quality, distinctiveness, and effectiveness of every message. /p pYou’ll also bring confidence in bstrategic writing for digital channels /b, including websites, social media, email campaigns, CRM journeys, and digital platforms, as well as the ability to use lateral thinking to shape creative communication ideas that are relevant, distinctive, and effective. /p pThis is a bhybrid role /b, with b3 days in person and 2 days remote /b, designed to support both close collaboration with teams and clients and focused individual work. /p pIn short, the person we’re looking for must not only b“write well,” /b but also actively contribute to designing communication experiences that have a real impact on users and the business. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul libDigital content and communication experiences /b: Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, mailing, CRM, marketing collateral, digital products, services, and campaigns. Apply strategic writing skills to ensure content is relevant, distinctive, consistent, and aligned with both audience needs and business goals. /li libContent design, UX writing, and user journeys /b: Create and refine content across digital journeys, ensuring clarity, usability, accessibility, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Contribute to microcopy, messaging frameworks, tone of voice guidelines, content principles, and content systems that support marketing initiatives, digital products, services, and campaigns. /li libCreative thinking and brand personality /b: Use blateral thinking /b to contribute to creative communication concepts, campaign ideas, digital narratives, and content solutions that connect brand objectives with audience needs. Help brands stand out by creating content that feels specific, relevant, and above average, never generic or predictable. /li libCollaboration and delivery /b: Work proactively with designers, marketers, product teams, program managers, UX specialists, and tech teams to ensure copy aligns with brand voice, messaging strategies, user needs, and digital journeys. Edit, proofread, refine, and manage content directly in collaborative design tools such as bFigma /b, ensuring copy and experience evolve together. /li libResearch, quality, and continuous improvement /b: Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and digital behaviors, ensuring that content is relevant and impactful. Stay up to date with best practices in copywriting, digital marketing, content strategy, content design, UX writing, and contemporary AI tools. /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul libSeniority and background /b: 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, content design, UX writing, digital communication, or related roles. Bachelor’s degree in Humanistic Studies, Literature, Communication, Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. bItalian and English fluent. /b /li libPortfolio and proven digital experience /b: A portfolio of digital products, platforms, services, campaigns, or selected writing samples, ideally including live projects, demonstrating the ability to create effective content for real user experiences and business contexts. /li libWriting, content design, and UX writing /b: Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, combined with a solid understanding of content design principles and UX writing. Ability to structure content that supports clarity, usability, accessibility, consistency across touchpoints, and to write clear, functional, user‑experience‑focused microcopy. /li libStrategic and creative thinking /b: Confidence in strategic writing for digital channels and ability to combine strategic thinking and lateral thinking to develop creative communication ideas, messages, narratives, and content solutions that are relevant for the audience, distinctive for the brand, and aligned with business goals. /li libAI-enabled content workflow /b: Confidence in working with contemporary AI tools as part of the creative and content design process, using them to enhance research, exploration, iteration, quality, consistency, and efficiency of the final output, while maintaining strong human editorial judgment, strategic thinking, and responsibility for the work. Familiarity with advanced AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar. /li libConsulting, collaboration, and client communication /b: Ability to work in a consulting environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with colleagues and clients across strategy, design, UX, tech, program management, and product contexts. Strong client storytelling skills to help explain content choices, creative ideas, and UX writing decisions clearly and persuasively. /li /ul h3Set Yourself Apart With /h3 ul libCertifications and specialist knowledge /b: Certifications in UX Writing, Content Design, Content Strategy, Accessibility, or related disciplines. Familiarity with accessibility principles, inclusive language, and best practices for creating content that is clear, usable, and effective across digital touchpoints. /li libHybrid background and forward thinking /b: A hybrid background across copywriting, content design, UX writing, digital strategy, creative communication, product, or service experiences is valued. We do not expect a strictly linear copywriting path, but we look for curiosity, pattern recognition, forward thinking, strong writing potential, and care for quality and detail. /li libData, testing, and optimization /b: Experience with A/B testing, data-driven content optimization, usability testing, or performance analysis, with the ability to use results and insights to improve content quality, effectiveness, and user experience. /li libTone of voice and content systems /b: Experience defining or evolving tone of voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, editorial systems, or content principles for brands, digital products, or campaigns. Ability to help brands express themselves consistently and distinctively across channels and contexts. /li libAI-enabled brand voice and prompting /b: Ability to contribute to the definition of tone of voice for AI-enabled experiences, conversational interfaces, or prompting frameworks, helping brands express themselves consistently and effectively in new digital environments. /li libDigital marketing and content operations /b: Experience working on omnichannel digital ecosystems, service platforms, e-commerce experiences, CRM journeys, social media platforms, or full-digital campaigns. Familiarity with SEO best practices, content management systems, CMS, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is also appreciated. /li /ul h3Soft skills, but not quite so soft /h3 ul libCollaboration and communication /b: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
