Key Responsibilities
* Trade power across active intraday markets in Europe
* Contribute to the design and execution of trading strategies
* Support the development of algorithmic and quantitative trading models
* Perform market analysis across existing and new markets
Requirements (Hard Skills)
* Proven proprietary intraday power trading experience in CWE markets
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Excel, Python, and VBA

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
* Passion for trading with a results-driven mindset
* Ability to perform well under pressure
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Strong organisational and planning abilities
