Main activities
1. Account management and business development activities in EU markets, defining market penetration strategies and planning actions for growth, development of long-term commercial prospects;
2. Develop, engage, collaborate with partners and distributors to expand market presence;
3. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers;
4. Carry out market analyzes to understand trends, competitors and customer needs;
5. Attend trade shows, conferences and industry events to increase company visibility and make new connections;
6. Monitoring of technological trends, identifying and evaluating market opportunities in the various relevant sectors;
7. Understanding the customer's needs, defining the functional and technical requirements of the identified solution by coordinating the pre-sales and R&D department in order to articulate a value proposition.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
8. University degree - in particular, a strong technical background, preferably mechatronic, mechanical, electrical, electronic, is essential;
9. At least 2 years of experience in Sales roles - including Pre-Sales, Post-Sales or Technical Sales, Account Manager or Business Developer and Export Manager - in the automation and motion control, propulsion and energy generation, power electronics, solutions sector electronic and electromechanical, power electronics;
10. Fluent knowledge of the English language;
11. Excellent relational skills with great customer orientation; autonomous management skills, result orientation and problem solving.
Preferential/Nice to have
12. Previous international experience and in multicultural contexts;
13. Knowledge, even basic, of the Spanish language is preferable but not necessary.
