Position: Sales Engineer
Area: North East of Italy
Location: remote (North East Italy) and periodically work in Opera (MI) Sales Office
Business unit: Industrial Air filtration
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Area of competence: North East Italy (Triveneto)
2. Customers profiles: End Users, OEM, Distributors, Resellers, MRO, Installers, Engineering
3. Industries: All
4. Organize, plan, manage and grow the sales of Equipment in Industrial Air Filtration
5. Optimize sales and profit consistent with Company policy and long-term objectives
6. Solve customer needs with technical driven solutions
7. Handle technical enquiries for the entire products portfolio and services
8. Utilize current Donaldson network to open new business opportunities
9. CRM management for assigned accounts
YOUR PROFILE
10. Residence in Triveneto area
11. Passion for sales, team player but also able to work independently
12. Technical Degree in Mechanics or Electro-Mechanics or equivalent through experience
13. Cooperative, willingness to interact and work with others, positive attitude
14. Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial sales
15. Markets knowledge
16. Familiar with organizing visits to customers
17. Flexibility to travel to ensure local presence and follow-up
18. Knowledge preferable of Industrial Air Filtration and/or metalworking
19. Commercial and sales driven. Ability to “open doors” and generate new business/opportunities
20. Strong communication skills in Italian and English
21. At least basic computer skills and ability to use the Office package
