About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing leading yacht brands, managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
You will build and maintain relationships with clients, shipyards, and key industry stakeholders, conducting detailed consultations to understand client needs and match them with the most suitable yachts.
You will coordinate yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations, collaborating with our marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
You will stay informed about market trends, new models, and competitor activity, attending boat shows, client events, and other industry gatherings as needed.
About You:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in yacht sales, charter, shipyard or dealership environments, with strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry.
You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be professional, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a bareboat skipper license or any yacht captain license (or hand-on crew experience).
