Senior Sales ManagerRenewable Energy Services (Italy | Rome preferred / Remote)Leap29 are assissting an established engineering services provider operating within the renewable energy sector, supporting utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and grid infrastructure projects across Europe.The company works with developers, investors, and utilities, providing technical support across the full project lifecycle.My client is looking to urgently hire aSenior Sales Managerto support business development activities and manage client relationships across Italy and wider European markets.The position will focus on generating new opportunities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, IPPs, and investors.Key Responsibilities• Identify and support new business opportunities across solar PV, BESS, and grid infrastructure projects• Build and maintain relationships with developers, EPCs, utilities, and investors• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through to proposal and contract stage• Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals aligned with client requirements• Support project handover to delivery teams following contract signature• Monitor market activity and provide input to commercial strategy• Attend industry events and client meetings as requiredRequirements• 5+ years' experience in B2B sales within renewable energy engineering or technical services• Existing network within the renewable energy market (solar, BESS, grid infrastructure)• Understanding of large-scale energy project lifecycle• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Fluent in English; Italian preferred• Willingness to travel as requiredIf the opportunity is of interest to you, please apply directly through the link or contact Georgia Sumnall:
