We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales manager to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking.Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. If you have three or more years of hospitality sales experience and are ready to confidently bring a winning sales plan to our exciting hotel properties, apply today!ResponsibilitiesInterview and hire new talent, ensuring they align with the avatar profile outlined in our projected commission plansIdentify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activitiesGenerate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networkingEncourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annuallyKeep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationshipsEvaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectivesQualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the Real Estate industryA self-starter with a proven ability to hit the ground runningConsistently strives to exceed profit margins and revenue targetExcellent communication skills and self-assurance in maintaining relationshipsDemonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilitiesStays organized and manage time wellPrior experience working in the hospitality sector is requiredHigh school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitalityCompensation$82,000 at plan commissionAbout Xclusive Homes, LLCXclusive Homes LLC is a leading residential and commercial real estate company with over 10 years of experience and a strong presence in the local market.
