How You Create Impact: - Manage the customers and identify new business opportunities - Manage specialized product training and the technical training of the sales staff; - Ensure assistance on Zimmer Biomet products in the operating room in compliance with current regulations - Develop the commercial plan approved in your sales area, and promote market development, communicating the need for new products or technologies - Support the preparation of offers for public tenders and ensure Zimmer Biomet's participation in tenders in the assigned area - In collaboration with the Sales Manager and the sales force, manage the relationship with the agents - Collect information related to the market (customers and products) in order to support a more accurate planning of sales strategies - Report the medical education needs of surgeons operating in your area and perform trainings (virtual and on site) for agents and operating room staff regarding products and instruments - Represents Zimmer Biomet in the field by building relationships of trust with healthcare professionals What Will Make You Stand Out: - University degree in biomedical disciplines or equivalent background is preferred - Knowledge of the orthopedic market - Field experience in the Arthroscopy Line (equipment and implants) in leading companies within the industry - Significant experience in marketing or sales in the medical device sector What Will Make You Successful: - Ability to work towards goals - Ability to work in team - Ability to interact with the surgical community and provide assistance in the operating room Who We Are: Zimmer Biomet is a world leader in musculoskeletal health solutions.
