We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us build and scale the first growth engine of two early-stage initiatives.
This is a 0→1 role : you won’t manage an existing marketing structure — you will help create it.
a digital ecosystem focused on certified skills and verified profiles (brand positioning, content, partnerships and community – including activation of schools and institutions)

This is not a traditional social media role.
You will be responsible for turning content and visibility into real demand, supporting outbound initiatives (e.g. schools activation), and structuring a scalable system connecting content → traffic → conversion → growth.
INITIATIVE N°1 - Brand Positioning, Content & Community
Build a consistent content engine (LinkedIn, blog, long-form content)
Translate complex concepts (blockchain, certification, skills) into clear narratives
Develop SEO-driven content strategy (keyword → article → ranking)
Produce and optimize content using AI (prompt-based workflows)
Support link-building and partnerships with schools, companies and training entities
Contribute to community activation (content, storytelling, ecosystem visibility)
Support editorial direction of podcast and thought leadership initiatives
Your will support the launch and scaling of AIROCKETT by building a working acquisition and conversion system.
Design and execute first acquisition loops (content, ads, outbound)
Launch and manage campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
Run rapid A/B tests on messaging, creatives and offers
Integrate marketing activities with CRM and automation tools (Make, Zapier, email flows)
Monitor performance of content, campaigns and funnels
Help structure a scalable system connecting content → traffic → conversion
We are not looking for a traditional Social Media Manager.

is comfortable working in an early-stage environment
Experience in digital marketing, content or growth roles (2–4 years)
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
Experience with paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Make, Zapier, CRM platforms)
Experience with AI tools for content generation is a strong plus
➕ Experience with podcast or community management
Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
Direct exposure to two early-stage, high-potential initiatives
End-to-end visibility on content → funnel → business impact
